Great location, bang in the middle of old stone town amongst tne small alleyways and shops. Rooms were a decent size and nice and clean. The staff were nice.

The pictures on booking.com were far from what the hotel actually is like. I requested a meeting with the general manager daily, and up to the day I left, she did not contact me Was a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Even the food wasn't up to standard

Hotel is situated in the rush old center, we liked it. The hotel offers money exchange for better price than in the airport or the bank. The top restaurant is beautifull and the prices are much better than in other restaurants in the city. The room was ok for that price, working aircon, nice bathroom, clean. The staff very friendly. Free wifi. The pool is small, but nice.

We loved the location. Surrounded in alleyways filled with interesting markets. Great housekeeping.. Very Clean ..Nice little coffee bar with cakes.. Open sided Restaurant/Bar on top floor with pleasant outlook.. Breakfast was a buffet style with good selection and chef right on hand cooking your prefered style of eggs.

The Spice Palace Hotel has an unbeatable location, in the middle of the island's vibrant culture. From the moment I arrived, the staff ensured I had everything I needed and always with a smile. For someone travelling on their own, it provides a safe space where local attractions are within an easy walk. A special thanks to Chris for always being available to arrange taxis whenever I needed.

Staff were friendly except one night when very hungry and the restaurant was closed. I could not find anything to eat. That was concerning and the lobby attendant was very unhelpful. Not a good experience
